Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Natalia,
It looks like you created an account, so you should be able to go to your account (https://generatepress.com/account) and then you can access your order there.
Once accessed, you’ll see the download links as shown on this page: http://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/install-activate-addons/
Let me know if you need more info 🙂

I can´t find the field to verify my mailadress. What am I doing wrong?
Best regards from Hamburg,

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Kai,
So you can’t see the “Email” field for you to activate your email?
Are you sure that GeneratePress and GP Premium are activated?
Let me know – if so, you can send me temporary admin access and I’ll figure it out for you 🙂

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Kai,
It looks like GeneratePress isn’t activated.
Go to “Appearance > Themes”, and activate GeneratePress.
Then the “GeneratePress” menu under “Appearance” will appear, and you can activate and use GP Premium.
Let me know if you have any questions 🙂

When I upload and install the GP Premium plugin, I get this error code:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘TYPE=MyISAM’ at line 9 on line: 1471
When I go back to the plugins, I see GP Premium installed and active, but when I to to customize the theme, the add-ons are clearly not active. I have tried deactivating and re-activating, but I just get the same error message.
Can you please help me resolve this?
Thanks,

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm – GP Premium doesn’t use any SQL code, so there must be another plugin or something causing that error.
However, have you enabled the add-ons in “Appearance > GeneratePress”?
Once you enable them there, they should show up in the Customizer.
Let me know 🙂

We have purchased the premium package but aren’t able to get it working. I followed the directions you have supplied. WordPress’s Plugins page shows “GP Premium” and what’s below it is “Deactivate” and “Edit”. I don’t see any add-ons below that — it just has the next plug-in. Deactivating and Reactivating doesn’t help. I also removed and re-added the plug-in. No luck. We are running WordPress 4.0x — do we need to upgrade to 4.1?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Now that GP Premium is activated, go to “Appearance > GeneratePress” and you’ll see that you can enable/disable the add-ons as you need them.
Let me know if you have any questions 🙂

Thanks! Enabling the add-ons in Appearance seems to have done the trick – not sure what caused the error code, but it all seems to be functioning fine now.
