How do I install and activate my addon?

GP Premium is activated in the plugins area. There is no Appearance > GeneratePress though. Login details coming.

I just bought the 30 Dollar package. I am not able to install it on a german wordpress instance

My Error:

I have been using GP for a while now with GP Premium. I want to try the Menu Plus Add-On, but I don't have that one at Appearance > GeneratePress. I have the others though. I looked at the GP Premium ZIP file I uploaded back in May 2015, and it does not seem to contain Menu Plus. So, I tried entering my email to get an update but the email verification failed. My correct email is shown in my account profile. Please advise how to fix this.

I've been using Generate Press for a while and just purchased the GP Premium. I was able to install it but when I clicked to activate, I got this error message:

Those errors are coming from the nextgen-gallery-media-library-addon plugin you're using.

It looks like it's trying to find a file that doesn't exist.

Shouldn't have anything to do with GP.

I have installed my GP Premium in my WP site. Activated the plugin and put in the license key. However, I am not seeing the updates in the Appearence box. Does it take a long time to load it all up? It's been about 30 minutes. I am using Apple Safari.
