Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
You’re trying to install the free theme as a plugin.
You’ll want to download your add-ons in .zip form, and then upload them to the Plugins area.
Let me know if that makes sense 🙂

You’re trying to install the free theme as a plugin.
You’ll want to download gp_premium.zip in .zip form (emailed to you, and in your account), and then upload it to the Plugins area.

Hi Tom, I already installed and activate the add on. However, the menu didn’t show up in the navigation bar. It only appear sample page. How can I add the menu such as Blog, Contact and so on. Thanks.

I can’t figure out this step:
“GP Premium
If you’re using GP Premium, you need to Enable the addons you wish to use (to avoid loading unnecessary addons).”
Where do I go to do this? My plugins are uploaded, but when I go to activate them, I see “Looks like you don’t have any Add-ons! Take a look at what’s available here.”February 5, 2015 at 12:35 am #72424Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Julie,
Is GP Premium activated as a plugin? If so, you shouldn’t see that message.
If you’re sure it’s activated and you’re not seeing the area to enable and disable them, you can send me a temporary admin login to support@generatepress.com and I’ll investigate further.
Thanks!

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Yancey,
generatepress.1.2.7.zip is the free theme – it can’t be uploaded as a plugin.
To install your add-on, you’ll first have to save the file from your account page to your computer.
Then upload it to the Plugins area.
