Fatal Error Upon Updating

I just updated to GP Premium 1.2.89 and there was a fatal error that made my whole admin area un-usable. Found bug with "Merge with site header"

Hi Thom, I found a strange bug when I was playing with a custom post-type and choosing the option “Merge with site header”. As my custom post-type uses single.php (a custom single-portfolio.php actually), the div #page is positioned in the wrong parent div. After Update many individual font size settings reset to default
