As I understand this article, the process applies only to an individual page. How does one set up an entire site this way (referring only to the positioning of logo and main navigation), presuming that the logo is a PNG file?

Hello – my page is by design only 700px wide which looks awesome. But I also love the menu on the “leftest” side. So I am using the slide in navigation. Is it possible to fix this navigation so it does not collapse anymore?
