Fix slide in Menu

Hello - my page is by design only 700px wide which looks awesome. But I also love the menu on the "leftest" side. So I am using the slide in navigation. Is it possible to fix this navigation so it does not collapse anymore?

Not too sure what you mean - which menu is collapsing?
