Secondary & Main Menu Combined in Mobile Menu

Hi,
I like how Secondary & Main Menu are in Desktop.
But, I prefer to have just 1 single menu in mobile.
I don't want it to be a slide out menu.
How can I achieve it?
So you want to disable the mobile menus and just show the menu items?
