Is there a filter that would let me put in different text on a single page or 2 for the footer?

Blog page footer will not remove
Hello, On the blog page the 6 widget footer example appears and will not disappear. On page edit. Footer widgets is checked to 0. Remove elements, ALL including footer is checked. It also looks like the header is not removed either. On reading settings post page is on blog. thank you, Ingrid

Footer widgets not working
I have 3 footer widgets set up to show globally. But only the footer bar shows up. Can’t figure out why this is not working.
Footer widgets only shows on home page
The global settings are set for 3 footer widgets to be displayed throughout the whole website. However, they only show up on the homepage. Only the footer bar shows up globally. Doesn’t matter how I fool with the global or local settings. They just won’t show up on the other webpages.
