Thanks David 🙂 I simply followed Tom’s guide on optimizing GeneratePress. You can find it here:

I couldn’t get Async Javascript to work though – can’t remember what it broke but I couldn’t get that to work so I disabled it. In addition to those, I use WP Super Cache. And it’s hosted on InMotion (just a basic shared hosting package).
