Pekka – any chance you can start your own topic on removing the arrows? 🙂

Thanks for allowing us to showcase our sites.

I made a one-page website with the generatepress theme. I’m not completely happy with the highlighting of the menu item corresponding to the section on the page. The highlighting is not steady, you see it go on and off when you scroll slowly.
Basically it are 2 pages because i added a blogpage.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperGreat site! What are you using for the menu highlighting?

Thanks, I use this plugin: http://manos.malihu.gr/page-scroll-to-id-for-wordpress-tutorial/
The problem with the on/off highlighting started after adding the blog page. Then i had to use the whole url/#id for the menu items in stead of #id only.

Would be nice if you could create a new addon with that functionality!
There is a lot of demand for a flexible onepage website.February 9, 2016 at 6:27 am #171541Timo
Still fiddling around, but the base is done – it’s all about the annual funfair ( one of the largest in Europe )

Jasper,
Nice looking site. It opens well and displays quickly.
How did you add that main background header pic with text on.Mark

Nice job! I like the parallax effect on the homepage. How did you do that?
February 9, 2016 at 7:53 am #171559Jasper
@ Mark and Suzanne, the header is made with the pageheader addon. Just enter a text with some html for size and color. And select the add parallax effect option.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperNice site, Timo!
You might want to increase the width of your sub-menu a bit:
.main-navigation ul ul { width: 210px; }Adding CSS: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/adding-css/
Jasper – I agree! Something that should be added to the Menu Plus add-on 🙂

Tom, thanks for the head-up about the CSS, I changed it.
And jasper is right, that pageheader addon is very nice!
I putted an image there instead of text – easy.-
