problems with new installation and glitch

Hello friends,
after 2 years of using Astra theme I decided to come back to Generate Press. So I renewed my old licence and installed Generate Press. But unfortunately I don't see a fresh and complete new theme installation, because all my all earlier settings are also activated. This is not what I wanted.
So my question: How could I install a real clean new GeneratePress Theme without any settings from earlier installations?
And also please check my website:
When you click on one of the menu items you will see the glitch. The menu jumps and the site is not loading smoothly.
Please check and advise.

Hi there,
can you disable your Cache plugin - and let me know.
I have only wpRocket which I have deactivated now.
My other installation is working fine.
So, how could I delete completely the current installation?

You can go to Appearance > Generatepress > Reset settings, it will erase all the customizer settings.
