Conflict between WP-Rocket and General cache options

Hi,
We are using WP-Rocket plugin along with Cloudflare. Do you recommend enabling or not in the General options, Combine CSS and Cache Dynamic CSS?

If those plugins are caching everything anyways, it likely won't make a difference. However, it won't hurt to have those options enabled anyways :)
