StaffCustomer SupportCan you disable all plugins except GP Premium and Convert Pro and let me have another look? >>>I already did this.
But I haven’t had a chance to see it yet. Just checked your site and there are lots of other plugins activated.

Hello Leo,
How are you doing?
I am still having the same problem with “Copyright”. Here is a video i recorded: https://www.loom.com/share/8259bc29c23146b2bcbe86cc94a5036e
Also i copy and paste the old message: “Hi Leo, please see the first message on this Topic:
Hello,
I contacted Convert Pro plugin because i had this problem: loom.com/share/589a1f66835946368ba686a1dc053307
They realize that GP Premium is making the error.
This is the answer they gave me:
“I checked your site and it seems GP Premium plugin is conflicting with Convert Pro.
As soon as I deactivated this plugin, call-to-action started working perfectly fine.
Here is the video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuKN9Al
Could you please once contact plugin author, they will be to guide you in an appropriate way?
I hope this helps, let me know how that goes.”+
.—-
I already did all the things that you told me to do.
Appreciate if you can help me ASAP.
Thanks.

StaffCustomer SupportI thought you mentioned that it’s working before?
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/problem-with-convert-pro-and-gp-premium/page/2/#post-1337789Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and Convert Pro again?
That seems to be the solution last time.

Leo,
It´ss working because i disable the Copyright Element.
I told that was working, (I do not why) But now is not working again.
Also, as you can see i can not deactivate all that things because the website is in the official website of the client.
Maybe you can try to enter and take a look?

StaffCustomer SupportHmm looks like the copyright add-on is activated right now no?
This is the copyright message I’m seeing which is not the default message without the copyright add-on:
Camino Contracorriente © 2020 - Diseño Esteban Urrutia
Also, as you can see i can not deactivate all that things because the website is in the official website of the client.
That case you would need to set up a staging site and duplicate the issue over so we can do some debugging test.
The copyright module is really simple – it allows you to change the copyright message so I just can’t see how it would cause an issue like this.

Hi Leo,
That is built with Elementor.

StaffCustomer SupportDoesnt’ look like it from the code:
https://www.screencast.com/t/iOtdfWMzqThat looks like it’s coming from GP.
If you really need to get to the bottom of this, you’d need to start a staging site and duplicate the issue over so we can go through some debugging steps.

Sorry about that. It´s coming from GP.
As you can see now is deactivated, and appear the Copyright “change” to the old one.
Yes this need to be fixed. I do not want to duplicate all that its going to take me work. I was wondering if you can help me to make this work

StaffCustomer SupportBut the issue isn’t there when I tested before with the copyright add-on activated?
https://www.screencast.com/t/GKxuBtHmI do not want to duplicate all that its going to take me work. I was wondering if you can help me to make this work.
Unfortunately it’s not possible for me to help without a staging site to disable all plugins.

I can´t activate the Copyright because is making the problem and we need the website working.
I can disable the plugins(i already did this couple time), but i can´t leave the website a couple of hours with the plugins deactivate.
So, it would be great if i give you my credential and you take a look for yourself.
If not we have to have a meeting, so both are online.
What do you think?

StaffCustomer SupportWhen this video was captured which doesn’t show the issue:
The copyright add-on was activated already as I saw this as the copyright message:
Camino Contracorriente © 2020 - Diseño Esteban Urrutia

As I mentioned before, you would need to create a staging site and duplicate the problem so we can go through some debugging steps – simply giving me the credential doesn’t help.

The problem is still there. Maybe you did not erase the cookies, but the copyright is making me a problem.
I cannot make a copy of the entire sites, its a crazy thing and will take me a lot of time.
Can you take a look?
Verify the issue.
Here are my credentials:
