Hello,
I contacted Convert Pro plugin because i had this problem: loom.com/share/589a1f66835946368ba686a1dc053307
They realize that GP Premium is making the error.
This is the answer they gave me:
“I checked your site and it seems GP Premium plugin is conflicting with Convert Pro.
As soon as I deactivated this plugin, call-to-action started working perfectly fine.
Here is the video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuKN9Al
Could you please once contact plugin author, they will be to guide you in an appropriate way?
I hope this helps, let me know how that goes.”
June 18, 2020 at 6:46 am #1332625DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
can you try deactivating all of the GP Premium modules in Appearance > GeneratePress. If that resolves the issue, please enable one at a time to see which one is conflicting.
Please make sure to disable any caches and clear caches between each test.
Let me know
June 18, 2020 at 3:24 pm #1333363EstebanI did that, but still happend. Not in the home page, now is visible when you click on the CTA in blog for example:
https://caminocontracorriente.estebanurrutia.com/blog/
Also, i check that now the Layout i created in “Elements” is not working. This is to hide the main navigation bar, but as you can see on homepage is still there.
Can you help me to solve this?
June 18, 2020 at 7:29 pm #1333453LeoStaffCustomer SupportThe menu/header is coming from Elementor so GP’s layout element won’t work.
June 19, 2020 at 3:44 pm #1334782EstebanOkay.
What about the other problem?
Here is another video: https://www.loom.com/share/fee44c2405464faeaba35c0e0b46bd6e
June 19, 2020 at 10:15 pm #1334948LeoStaffCustomer SupportI really don’t see how GP premium can be the cause here.
The HTML is all coming from the plugin itself.
Have you actually tried disabling GP Premium to test?

June 20, 2020 at 1:19 pm #1335704LeoStaffCustomer SupportCan you isolate which module is causing this issue?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modulesJune 20, 2020 at 1:46 pm #1335721EstebanThe problem is with the module “Copyright”
June 20, 2020 at 1:49 pm #1335723LeoStaffCustomer SupportI really don’t see how that’s possible.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and Convert Pro and let me have another look?
Just keep copyright add-on activated only.
June 20, 2020 at 3:28 pm #1335767EstebanYes, is still happening.
Copyright is making the problem.
June 20, 2020 at 3:37 pm #1335769LeoStaffCustomer SupportIs copyright still activated?
I no longer see the issue.
June 20, 2020 at 3:41 pm #1335773EstebanI deactivate it because it is making the problem
June 20, 2020 at 3:48 pm #1335775LeoStaffCustomer SupportI really don’t see how Copyright could be adding a random link to the plugin content – it’s an add-on simply allows you to modify the copyright section.
Have you modified the theme files in anyways or have added any custom functions?
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and Convert Pro and let me have another look?
