Problem with Convert pro and GP Premium

I already deactivate all the plugins.
The only one activated are: GP Premium, Elementor and Convert Pro.
I cannot make a copy of the entire sites, its a crazy thing and will take me a lot of time.
Have you considered starting a staging site and use a plugin like this?
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
It shouldn't take long at all.
Hello Leo,
I already deactivate all the plugins.
The only one activated are: GP Premium, Elementor and Convert Pro.
Please check it: caminocontracorriente.com
Let me know when you check it so i can activate the plugins again.
Can you disable Elementor as well?
I'm also seeing <a> tag here with a link attached to it:
https://www.screencast.com/t/iy6QibOR1OWE
The button works with Elementor, if i disable it we will not be able to see the pop up.
I see that link too. But there is no link there. Nobody put that link, and its making problem with the copyright element.
What do you want me to do?
I really don't see how copyright can add a random link to the plugin content at all.
Can you try starting a new staging site, install GP theme, GP Premium and Convert Pro and simply add a popup in there (without Elementor) to test?
Don't need to add anything else at all.
No, I´m tired of this never ending support emails.
Thanks for everything but your are not helping me.
I am going to right directly to support mail
I'm really trying to help - however, without the right condition being set up (a staging site) for some debugging and testing, it's nearly impossible for us to determine the issue - especially the issue seems to only happen "sometimes".
Writing us an e-mail won't really help either as we will still need to ask for a staging site environment to test.
If you can start a staging site with GP theme and GP premium plugin and Convert Pro installed with a simple popup, then we will try our best to determine the issue.
Thanks for your understanding.
