[Resolved] Feature Image on Single Post Not displaying

Featured image is not displaying on single posts. They are displaying in post archive

I am using Global Page Headers for posts. My design goal is to have a static image for page header background and featured image blow post title in post content section.

I have tried all the usual places in customizer with not success.

Is using the page header conflicting with usual single post images?

The featured image is working fine on with front page list, but not on the single post item. The “Disable Elements” feature is not activated. The box is checked to “Display featured images” in the customizer under layout/blog/featured image on the post tab.
