StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
odd – i can’t replicate that issue locally.
Do you have the GP Woocommerce module enabled ? If so, what happens if that is disabled ?October 8, 2021 at 8:33 am #1957305Saskia
Hi David,
Thanks for the quick reply
Yes that is the solution, i deactivated it and problem solved…but very ugly purple colors of the basic Woocommerce settings…
Any idea how to fix this?
thanks kind regards SaskiaOctober 8, 2021 at 8:57 am #1957341David
StaffCustomer SupportThats an odd one – as GPP and its Woocommerce Module doesn’t change the Woo templates. None of what we do ever changes core or plugin templates – so there should be no reason for the conflict.
Do you have any cache plugins enabled ? If so can you disable them to see if they are causing a problem?

Sorry for the mixup
Any ideas?

StaffCustomer SupportJust to make sure, the issue exists with GP Premium, Elementor and WooCommerce as the only activated plugins?
If so can you create a staging site for us to test?

Hi Leo,
no I have more plugins, but this conflict is:
only with GP Premium activated
The Elementor Pagebuilder doesn’t launch in Woocommerce Product
I can make a staging site, but it will take some time i will let you know when it is finished ok
Kind regards SaskiaOctober 13, 2021 at 2:56 am #1961878Saskia
Hi, i made a staging website:
So if i want to edit a Woocommerce product with Elementor, i get the error message and Elementor cannot load.
If i deactivate GP premium plugin, the problem is solved.Could you please try?
Thanks kind regards SaskiaOctober 13, 2021 at 10:09 am #1962464Leo
StaffCustomer SupportCan you try the following steps:
– Disable all plugins.
– Activate GP Premium plugin.
– Disable all modules and make sure the issue is resolved: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules
– Enable each module one by one until the issue shows up again and let us know which module is causing the issue.

hi Leo,
Could you try it? I send you the login credentials especially for you 🙂October 13, 2021 at 12:30 pm #1962560David
StaffCustomer SupportOne possible issue is the server configuration.
I had a quick look at them in Dashboard > Tools > Site Health >>> Info -> Server. They are really low for even a basic site.
I would recommend increasing the setting to the values i provided here:https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/customizer-is-not-working/#post-1956936

Hi David, the link doesn’t work….can you send it again it forwards to this post.
Also it used to work fine last week so why would the server be the problem?
Thanks for thinking with me
kind regards -
