I deactivated all other plugins. And try to use the theme from the site library. it is still showing 400 bad requests.

hello,
I got a reply from my hosting support.
reply from them ” I checked our logs and found that some calls were being made to xmlrpc.php that were blocked by mod_security. I have disabled the rule that was being triggered so hopefully, this resolves the error. ”
But I am still getting the same error.
https://prnt.sc/p2ipfn
I even cleared the cache. and even tried with reset settings.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThat typically means your server is still having trouble communicating with
gpsites.co. Can you confirm with your hosting that you’re able to connect to that domain?September 6, 2019 at 12:03 pm #1002816Abhit
my domain is not new. Even my domain is indexed on google.
after your first response, I contacted my hosting provider. even they can able to access the site library.
but only when using it is showing an error.but as you are telling, I will still forward your message to them.

I will check for 24 hours. if it will work for me. I will close this ticket.September 6, 2019 at 2:21 pm #1002918Abhit
I tried again using the site library. It is still showing the same error. hope the current things on my site will not crash.

again same. site title and logo vanished.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe site title and logo are a part of the content.
So the “options” step works, right? That means your server can communicate with our server, which is good.
I’m assuming that your server is blocking the download of the
content.xmlfile, which is likely a security measure in your server settings. If they aren’t able to fix it, you can download the content file and import it in Tools > Import. This method isn’t perfect, as the site options aren’t imported, but it should help. Shoot us an email with the site you’re trying to import and we’ll reply with the URL to the file: https://generatepress.com/contact
