I have a questions about the site library, I try to download the page, it said there is 400 bad request, I dont know why, let me know. thank you very much for help
That can happen when your WordPress install isn't able to use AJAX in the admin.
Couple things you can try:
1. Disabling your other plugins and trying again - it's possible one of them is causing a conflict.
2. Contacting your host and asking if they can see anything in the error_logs that would point to why the error is happening.

My solution was as simple as using https versus http. On a fresh install, HTTPS isn't forced.

Disabling other plugins worked just fine.
