400 Bad Request while using theme from site library

No problem! Did your hosting adjust something that made it work?

I installed gp premium then later
I was selecting templates from site library
im not able to install (import) it .
it says 400 error ....
please help with this problem

How did you get it to work before?

Did you host tweak something?

Can you check with them again?

What did you do before to get it to work? A 400 error is an issue with your server not accepting the files. So it's either:

1. Your server won't communicate with gpsites.co
2. Your server won't allow the download of the .xml file for security reasons
