Over the past few years we’ve been hard at work upgrading our theme and developing new tools like GenerateBlocks, all with the vision of helping you make incredible, high-performance websites faster than ever before. One of our goals was to find a way to bundle everything GeneratePress has to offer together in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Today we’re excited to bring you GeneratePress One: a discounted annual license that includes all of our products for use on up to 500 sites.

GeneratePress One

GeneratePress One is the next evolution of GeneratePress. When we created GenerateBlocks we wanted a plugin that would work on almost any site but would pair perfectly with GeneratePress. We succeeded, but many GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks users haven’t had the opportunity to unlock the power of having both working together. Plus we found that even for those of you using both, managing multiple licenses felt unnecessarily cumbersome. 

GeneratePress One aims to change that and pave the way for the future by combining all of our products into a single annual license key that can be used to build hundreds of websites. Products can still be purchased individually, but with GeneratePress One you get everything including: 

• GeneratePress Premium 
• GenerateBlocks Professional 
• GenerateCloud (coming soon – stay tuned for announcements!)
• Access to all future products
• Priority email support

With GeneratePress One you’ll have access to hundreds of professionally designed website templates and block patterns. You’ll find pre-built websites for business, blogs, and even e-commerce. Plus our incredible patterns, which allow you to add almost any functionality to your page with just a few clicks. Accelerate your workflow to create multiple masterpieces, or get inspired to improve upon an existing design. It’s a great way to get started on your next project. 

We’re also rolling out email support for GeneratePress One subscribers. We’re honestly really proud of our support team and they do an amazing job of quickly answering all of your questions through our support forums. But now, you’ll be able to get one-on-one assistance via email to ensure your GeneratePress website is at peak performance.

What about Lifetime users?

Your existing lifetime membership isn’t going anywhere. Current lifetime members will still have lifetime access to our premium theme along with support and a lifetime of updates. We want to assure you nothing is changing on that end. 

But we do think that GeneratePress One is a great and efficient way to get the most out of your GeneratePress products, even if you already have a lifetime license. We’ve got some incredible updates coming down the pipeline, like GenerateCloud which will be included with GeneratePress One at no additional cost.

What if I already have GeneratePress Premium?

We’ve done our best to ensure current members get the most value possible when upgrading to GeneratePress One, but we admit the solution isn’t perfect. Unfortunately, there’s no simple way to pro-rate and discount your GeneratePress One membership based on your current subscription. So what we have done is offer one of our biggest discounts ever, with GeneratePress One on sale at 40% off of its normal annual price. This discount is available for existing GeneratePress Premium members during our anniversary launch sale. Simply log in to your GeneratePress account and click the promotion to apply your discount.

Upgrading to GeneratePress One

Existing GeneratePress Premium and GenerateBlocks users can upgrade to GeneratePress One without affecting existing content. All you need to do is replace your existing license keys with your new GeneratePress One license key. The single license key will work across all of our plugins.

Existing GenerateBlocks Pro Users

As part of our efforts to centralize all of our products, you may have noticed that single GenerateBlocks Pro license keys are now sold exclusively on our GeneratePress website.

If you have an existing GenerateBlocks Pro license key that you bought on the GenerateBlocks website, and you do not want to switch to GeneratePress One, you don’t need to do anything. Your existing license key will continue to exist on the GenerateBlocks website. You can continue to renew and upgrade your license key on the GenerateBlocks website as well.

All new GenerateBlocks Pro license keys will be sold on the GeneratePress website.

Our 10th birthday & looking to the future

It’s surreal to think that GeneratePress is 10 years old. We’re celebrating all of the support that’s gotten us where we are, and we’re using that excitement to fuel the future. We think you’re going to love what we have planned. 

In the next few months, we will be releasing GenerateCloud, an optional new premium addition to GenerateBlocks Professional. GenerateCloud will give you the power to save and share custom patterns across all of your GenerateBlocks websites. It’s a game changer for efficiency, letting you perfectly replicate any function and style with just a couple of clicks. GeneratePress One customers will get GenerateCloud at no additional cost as soon as it’s released. We want to make sure everything works as intended, so we don’t have a concrete timeline, but we’ll have some updates real soon. 

We’re also in the process of finishing up our full site editor, a true no-code page builder option for GeneratePress websites. With our site editor, it will be easier than ever to build pages and full websites with an intuitive and powerful drag-and-drop interface. It’s built on the foundation of GeneratePress so you can be sure it will be fast, accessible, lightweight, and extremely stable. The last thing your website needs is bloat. Use of the site editor will require an active license for both GeneratePress Premium and GenerateBlocks Professional, or GeneratePress One. Like GenerateCloud, we’re still hard at work on this, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date with our progress as we march toward release! 

Finally, we’ve managed to land the incredible talents of Jonathan Jernigan, who is creating some wonderful tutorials on the many functions and uses of GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks. New videos are being posted to our YouTube channel and our socials every week, so be sure to check them out! We want you to get the most out of your site!
