Boat Build Project takes advantage of the Site Library’s Peak site. I wanted something minimalist to document building a 17′ stitch and glue boat.
I just moved the site to a small VPS and the results are exciting. I’m using a LEMP stack with Tom’s awesomely coded GeneratePress and seeing consistent sub 1 sec page loads. I’ve seen as low as 435ms load time in GTMetrix and 315ms load time in Pingdom. Not too shabby.

As a keen walker, I wanted to create a site that catalogues walking routes in the UK. Starting with were I’m from in Lancashire, and eventually going national. The walks will also be accompanied by a guide that I will write myself, and the ability to download the GPX file.
Having used many, so many themes. Including Avada “the fastest theme in the west”. I found it absolutely shocking. So slow. I stumbled across GeneratePress whilst scouring the net.
I must say, what an awesome theme, I will not be changing this theme at all. Its so easy to use, and its so blummin’ fast.
I use Visual Composer builder, routing through Cloudfare and use WPRocket for Caching. As if the site wasn’t fast enough, CDN and Caching just makes it lightning quick – and CSS and JS don’t suffer at all unlike previously stated themes.
I am so happy with it.

I’m so excited to share with you the new website launch of my latest Amazon/eCommerce client, Amazzia! I designed their website using GeneratePress and Elementor, and loved how it turned out with the colors and photo elements.
But mostly, I’m glad I got them to convert from Divi lol…
Thanks again for all the amazing work you do!

Ali, nice work! Very clean and elegant design! Be sure to submit the site to GPX showcase (there’s a post about it a few comments above yours). Link to that is here:

Love the theme, and of course I want it showcased! We run a nanny referral business and love how fast the theme runs. I constantly seek out the best nannies for families in Seattle, Bellevue and the surrounding area. We do short term and long term placements. And I had to try an amp version as well, to see if that would help w/ rankings…so far, nothing exciting to report.

Love the Nanny site but you need to make the font size larger on the blog as it is hard to read.

The new website I built with GP Premium for my IT service company FelinePC, LLC just went live. Thanks to the great framework GP provides, especially with the Sections module and built-in Unsemantic, no page builder was needed. Thank you Tom for the great product and excellent support.

I’ve recently completed a couple of Canvas to GP conversions:
https://talentgateway.net (it uses the SiteOrigin Page Builder)
https://www.sayinggoodbye.org (a site for a leading UK baby and child loss charity)and you might have seen this post about a really lean WP theme:
https://blog.jacklenox.com/2018/06/04/delivering-wordpress-in-7kb/Well, I put up a lean ‘out of the box’ free GP install and got it to 15kb!!!

Just finishing up another website for a spiritual life coach, Josea Tamira Crossley, built with GP and Elementor. Loved being able to use her amazing photography and we came up with great new branding for her.
