[Resolved] Video background

Hi there

I’m probably missing something obvious, but I can’t get the video background to play in the header. To test it, I’ve downloaded this video https://www.istockphoto.com/ca/video/successful-seniors-aboard-their-yacht-gm472822083-16005922 , and the text used in the header is wrapped variously within span, h1 and p classes. The website is running GP 1.4 and GPP 1.43 on WordPress 4.8.3.

Settings in the Page Header form are:
Image: none
Content: first two sliders off, then all on, container and inner container full width, text align centre, padding not set.
Background Video: MP4 file chosen, overlay transparent
Advanced: merge with site header on, place behind off, custom nav colours on.

I’ve checked that I’ve assigned the right header to the page. 🙂

Background videos no longer autoplay in the latest version of Safari – is that the browser you’re using?

You know I mentioned I might have missed something? I’m very sorry for wasting your time, but I have video autoplay switched off on Chrome.
