Use of the "Element Tag"

Please, may you point me to the documentation for the use of the "Element Tag", please?

Hi there,
This option allows you to choose the tag name of the Container element.
For example,
<div class="gb-container">..
<section class="gb-container">..
<header class="gb-container">..And so on..
In most cases, the div option is the best option. However, the others all have their uses :)
