Can you make sure all cache is cleared including server-level cache?

You can increase the Menu Item height here in Customizer > Layout > Off Canvas:

And to style its font in Customizer > Typography:

You can control the navigation font size in customizer > typography > font manager, David has attached a screenshot for you.

2. Can the navigation font inside the button turn red?

Go to customizer > colors > Off-Canvas Panel, you should be able to change the color there.

3. Can the upper and lower intervals of the navigation font in the button increase the distance?
