Typography issues-The top image and navigation cannot be displayed when the phon

Hello, my header image and navigation are completely unable to render when the phone is upright. I have set different sizes many times, but they can't render.
But when the phone is placed horizontally, my page header image and navigation can be displayed. How can I set it to display the image and navigation when the phone is upright?
This is very important to me because my blog is mostly viewed on mobile phones please help me

As shown in the attachment, a picture is taken when the phone is upright, and the picture and the guide are completely invisible.
The other photo is taken when the mobile phone is placed horizontally. Both the picture and the guide can be displayed.
I think it should be a problem with the settings or a bug in your software. Can you help me to eliminate it?

Do you have Mobile Header in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header enabled? If so, you'll need to add the Site Logo there as well. Can you try adding it there as well?

I can see the mobile header logo has been added, and it shows on mobile, but it's very small.
You can try adding this CSS to customizer > additional CSS to make the logo bigger:

I don't see the mobile logo any more, did you remove it from the customizer > layout >header?
If not, can you disable all cache plugins? If you have server-level cache enabled, please disable that as well.
