Thrive Leads is not displaying any content

Hi there,
we are using Thrive Leads to display Opt In Boxes on our website.
Unfortunately no content is displayed.
We tried every kind of implementation. When using the shortcode option an empty box is created.
See the website for that specific blog post. (Included in this post hidden field)
The source code tells me that thrive is creating the box but there is nothing to see...
Hope you can help us.

i am seeing this error in the console:
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: ThriveGlobal
I haven't seen this issue before. Have you checked with Thrive Leads support?
One thing to test is to try disabling all other plugins to see if there is a conflict.

Okay, so I finally got the solution.
It's about my cache Plugin...
In Thrive Leads - top right corner "settings" - activate "lazy load forms"
Moreover only one Thrive Group can be displayed at a time. So my Blog in-content group is dragged to the top of all thrive groups.
Now everything works fine.
