Text always visible and vertically aligned in header/hero.

Hi folks,

If this is beyond your scope of support, please ignore! :)

Is there a way to keep the header element full screen, or at least keep the header text vertically aligned in the viewport? I've seen this done right on many sites, and I believe this was a topic on GP a few years back (although I couldn't find it).

If you had any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. I've tried percent padding, but the text still goes off the viewport on desktop.
