[Support request] Strange white space above hero banner in tablet view

There’s a strange white empty space above the top banner on my website in tablet view.
How to reproduce:

1) Open my website homepage.
2) Resize the window width until it goes into tablet mode
3) White empty space shows up above hero banner

At first, I thought the issue comes from Elementor, so I checked with their support, but this is what they say:

“The issue seems to be caused by your theme. It is adding some padding to the content of your page when in tablet view. Please reach out to your theme’s author to find out what would be the best way to remove the padding from the section.”
