Hi Tom

Any suggestions on which slider works best with theme.

Also, How can I get it to only show on first home page (standard blog page … not new page).

Tried meta slider but it shows everywhere if I add it via hooks

All the popular sliders will work the same with GP – totally up to you.

There’s Meta Slider, Revolution Slider, Master Slider, Layer Slider etc… Tons of them.

To display them only on the Blog page, use the Page Header add-on and go to “Appearance > Blog Page Header”.

Hi Tom. I would like to integrate a slider with slider revolution on my homepage. The start page is a static page. I add the following code: <?php putRevSlider(‘classicslider1’, ‘homepage’); ?> in the “before header content” with execute php, the checkbox has been checked. Url: http://dev.webseite-online.de/

If i add a slider in another static page, also nothing will be displayed.
[rev_slider alias=”classicslider1″] is into this page. http://dev.webseite-online.de/slider/

So the function and shortcode aren’t showing the sliders at all?
