Site Library Not Available

Hello,
I'm trying to import a demo site from the site library - I had been working on it from my WordPress dashboard, and had chosen a site. I went to clean out a few blank pages and plugins, and when I returned to import the demo site the tabs under Appearance>Generate Press had disappeared. Where it used to be the list of addons, then a tab that said Elements, and then Site Library, it now only shows the active add-ons.
I've checked with my hosting site and they don't know what's going on - and I'm not sure how to import a demo site from the Site Library on generatepress.com.
I'd really appreciate any help!

So now you are only seeing Modules and Elements tab?

Thanks for the advice and the article. It took two days, and I'm pretty sure there's a poor tech support guy at Bluehost who thinks I'm insane, but this got us going in the right direction, and I've been able to use Site Library.
