Can you make sure that all Plugin and Server Caches are disabled. And if you're using a CDN ( eg. CloudFlare ) that it is too disabled.
There are no plugins and CDN. Where should I disable Server Cashes?
Some server has default cache activated but some don't.
Can you check with your hosting support to see if it's activated on their end?
