[Support request] Shortcode not working in hooks

Hi! I’m new to Generatepress and I wonder if you can help me troubleshoot this.
I’m trying to put a shortcode – [rank_math_breadcrumb] as a hook. I have followed all the instructions on the settings. However, every time I will save the code, it won’t stick to it will disappear.

What do you mean it will disappear?

Like the content in hooks disappears after you hit Save?

Yes, that’s right. As if I did not put anything in the Elements coding box.

That’s strange – what if you add some normal text, does it save?

Yes, as well as the other HTML code e.g. <center></center> etc. but for some reason the shortcode [rank_math_breadcrumb] disappear. I ended up using the PHP code instead and that one stayed ok.

That’s super strange.

You could try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and RankMath to eliminate any conflicts if you want to dig further.

PHP code works as well 🙂
