Responsive Background Height For Sections

I'm starting a new site at http://mpearson.ca

All looks fine except on tablet or phone, or when the width is reduced. Then the sections with images lose the correct height for their respective backgrounds. I am using lightweight grid for the images.

Specifically the gold background for section "Virtual Partners" is too short so that the images drop down behind the blue background, and OEM Partners blue background is too short so that the images appear on the gold background.

Can you tell me how I fix this please.
