problema comentarios y código HTML

¡Hola!
Tengo ahora mismo 2 problemas en mi sitio Web:
1. ¡No consigo activar los comentarios DE NINGUNA MANERA! he probado a instalar plugins, ir a las opciones y marcar y desmarcar las casillas relacionadas infinitas vces, pero no sé que puedo estar pasando por alto
2. Cuando en los widgets introduzco código html, el espacio se queda en blanco y no se genera absolutamente nada, y me gustaría saber como arreglar esto

I clicked a few on the home page but all of them are showing error 404.

en cuanto al área widget, me refiero a la cabecera y barra lateral derecha

The header widget code isn't showing up though.
What have you added in there?
Have you tried clearing all caching plugins or server cache you might have?

Me refiero a que en la barra lateral derecha no funcionan widgets que tengan que ver con el código html, pero otros tales como el buscador si que me aparecen
En cuanto a los plugins, si que tengo para optimizar, los revisaré ahora mismo
Acbao de desactivar todo plugin relacionado con cache y optimizacion, pero tampoco me da resultado
What content are you adding? Are you sure there is the content is supposed to work?
The HTML widget is coming from WordPress and GP doesn't have control to make the content not work.
Might be good to try disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts.
si, por ejemplo, trato de añadir un enlace+imagen a amazon, y cuando añado el código, en la 'previsualización' aparece lo que trato de añadir, pero al hacer clic en el botón de aceptar, se queda el espacio en blanco.

What if you switch to a default twenty series themes? Does the code work?
