Prevent Sticky Header from Shrinking on Scroll

Is there any way to prevent the sticky header from shrinking on scroll?
I found a post where David was suggesting:
remove the logo from the site identity.
set the primary navigation to below header and align it right.
and in the layout > header set the padding to zero.
This actually works, but I can't find any way to add the logo back other than using site identity.

Hi there,
It's not really shrinking as of right now. You're using the site header which is taller than the navigation, which is why you're seeing the height difference.
Instead of using the site header, you could use the navigation as the header: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-as-a-header/
