    Hi There,

In the blog archive view some entries are showing an image while others are not.
    See sample here: http://localitywestmids.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/LWMC-News-Locality-West-Mids-Consortium.png

The posts have all been added in exactly the same way, and without featured images so we’re unclear why this is happening.

We have checked and double checked all settings in GeneratePress.

    Thanks

    Ah Ha, We sussed it!

Basically, when a line-break is used in a post the archive view will display everything above it including any inserted image plus the ‘read more’ link. When its not used you will only see the title, a text excerpt and the ‘read more’ link.

Actually, this is quite handy to know because then you can actually choose the default view in the archive listing simply by using one method or the other.

    Hi there,

That’s correct – when you insert the “More tag”, it will show your full post up to that tag, including any images.

Let me know if you have any questions ๐Ÿ™‚
