Mobile values being ignore

Hi All,
I'm working on a site, adjusting quite a few mobile padding values.
Someone else setup this page, and they entered some padding values that need changing
I am finding that the desktop and tablet values are fine, but when I change the mobile values they are resorting back to the previous values after a save.
Is this a known issue ?

Hi there,
Your site is using caching plugins.
Can you try disabling it and check if your changes apply? It's possible that its not reflecting on the live site because the cached version of the CSS is still being served.

No, I don't mean that, I spent a while changing mobile values, they seemed to save.
I saved, checked and all looked ok (I am clearing cache to make sure)
But when I go back to make some other changes I notice things don't look right, I go into the mobile padding settings, and they are back to values that I had previously changed, saved and confirmed in the
previous editing session!

just to be clear - when you re-edit a page, the Mobile settings are now empty ?
