mobile menu shows solid color...not the menu

I'm strictly an amateur, but surely it cannot be that hard for you experts to change the background on the mobile menu.....just can't figure out how it go changed in the first place.

Based on the code we can see on the front end, the slideout navigation link color is set to var(--contrast) which is a dark color.

But according to your description before, you've set it to white, or some base color, so the code reflects the opposite of what you did, that's why we asked for backend access to see what the cause of the issue.

Here's a screenshot, can you check if the highlighted color is set to a bright color?

So I don't know have you checked the screenshot I attached in my last reply, I asked you to check if you have a bright color set for the highlighted option, it seems you didn't set the color, this is a screenshot of your customizer:

Try to set a bright color for it.

Tried viewing the Color settings for the Off Canvas, and there seems to be no color set yet. Can you try setting a color for the Off Canvas Navigation Text through Appearance > Customize > Colors > Off Canvas Panel > Navigation text?

I tried that, but nothing changes on the mobile menu...still a dark background...not sure when I messed or how I messed this up...probably around end of June. I want the off canvas menu to have the same background as my regular menu on desktop with black typography. I am going to have my host take the site back to where it was before June 30...easier than trying to figure this out.

I see. When you make changes in the Customizer, does it appear in the preview?

Thanks, Fernando. It does not seem to show up in the customizer until I publish it....but the problem is solved for now because I had my host take my site back to where it was before this problem began, so I will just stay with that for now. So go ahead and close this thread.
