JQuery error

Not sure what is causing this, but it is messing with a few things on my site.
I have tried to disable all of the plugins to check if there is a conflict and the issue persists.
It seems to be related emojis, which is something WordPress adds by default. Something must be conflicting with it (a plugin, custom function, Hook Element etc..).
If you're not using Emojis, you can try removing the code: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-emojis-wordpress/
