I can't disable the blog header

Hey Tom, I've been working with your theme and I want to disable the header on the blog. I have disabled it in the page attributes but it keeps showing up. What am I doing wrong?
I'm not a web programmer and this is my first site so I'm feeling pretty clunky right now! Any help would be great.
Here's the page I'm trying to edit:

For the footer, try Customizer > Layout > Footer > Footer Width > Full
