Thanks a lot! It's a bit frustrating all this, sorry for being impatient.
There is something else happen. My logo is small only on the sticky menu. It doesn't let me crop this picture when I upload it via a sticky menu.

Looks like the sticky logo is the same logo as the static logo? Then you shouldn't need to upload one.

Try removing the sticky logo in the customizer first.
