I paid for my logo, I didn't do it
Can you please at least send me a screenshot of how to crop my logo in WP? This will help me

It will allow you to crop the excess padding but you will still have the issue of the small logo though - a photo editing software is still required for that without making the logo pixelated.
Is that the only logo image size you receive?
If you can still get a hold of the person who made the logo, the best solution is to ask him/her to redo the logo without the padding and bigger.

Your screenshot above is still showing lots of excessive padding all around the logo.

Please also make sure the changes are saved and reupload the logo image in site identity:

This still won't work very well though, you will still need to find a way to make the actual logo bigger as mentioned above.
I don't understand, you tell me to crop, which I did, then you tell me that I have to make it bigger. Please find a way to help with this because I don't know what to do. Can you please do it for me? It will save a lot of stress and nerves.

I actually mentioned cropping and making it bigger multiple times in the previous replies.
In order to make the logo looks good in the navigation, you need to:
1. Crop the excessive padding (do-able using WordPress edit media)
2. Make the actual logo image bigger (this is something we could try with CSS but it would make the logo pixelated and doesn't look good.).
Let's accomplish #1 first. Can you make sure the cropped image is saved, then reupload the new cropped image in the site identity?
This is the logo image I'm seeing and I don't think that's the cropped version.
We do not offer graphic service in the technical support forum unfortunately. I would recommend getting in touch with whoever made the logo for you and ask them to do that.
Yes, this is the image I cropped. I uploaded in the identity section and it's still doesn't work. I contacted the logo design company and I am waiting for the answer.

While they are at it, an SVG logo would be the best option it's available. Then it would work for any size.

Not now anymore as I bought it already. But I spoke with the company and they will do the SVG logo

Just make sure there’s no excessive padding around once you’ve receive the file then all the issue should be fixed :)

Look, my logo is big when I don't activate the "USE NAVIGATION AS A HEADER" But when I activate it, my logo becomes small.
