With the Navigation as Header option enabled, the logos size is based upon the Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation --> Menu Item Height. Let me know if that helps.

If it doesn't then provide i a link to your site so i can take a look.

Try recropping your logo image to remove the massive amount of padding all around it:

Try removing all the white space around it and make the actual logo a bigger.

How did you create the logo image in the first place?

You can also use the Crop option with the WordPress Edit Media:

However, you will need to make your actual logo image (SHOEWALKERS text) is bigger without the excess padding.

Something around 80px should good - we can use CSS to enlarge it but the logo would be very pixelated since the original one is so small.
