how to create a new sidebar widget

I want to customize a new sidebar, the position of the sidebar is displayed throughout the website, I added a layout element in the edit element Elements of Generatepressd, and selected the sidebar type, I went to my widgets page to check click, it doesn't show, how to create a new sidebar widget

Delete the Element you created.
And simply go to Appearance > Widgets and add the widget you require to Right ( or left ) sidebar.

It's because the right sidebar is not activated on shop page.
You can find the setting at Customizing > Layout > WooCommerce > shop > Sidebar Layout.

If you want a sidebar specific with a specific layout for your Shop Page, you can use a Block Element - Sidebar.
