How to build a custom div class like this in GP premium?

Hi there, can you advice me or guide me about this case?
I want to build a similar function for my Gp site. In this example, they have a class that called "see also". It will auto display 8 internal links to 8 articles in the same "tags" or "Category" with the main post with anchor text is post title.
How can I build this in GP? can you advice me?
