As I’ve been struggling creating a knowledgebase for my product and things are becoming just too complex, can I ask you how are you handling the knowledgebase in this website?
Is it an already existing plugin or is it custom coded?
Excuse me if this is off-topic is just that this is literally driving me nuts.
I was having the same problem, so I coded our knowledgebase as a personal plugin. It was a quick job so there’s probably a couple small bugs and it could use some work, but I can send it to you if you want to shoot me an email 🙂
