How do i go about preloading my font, as suggested by Google Page Speed insights

Hi!
I've ran a Google Page Speed Insights test and found that my performance could be improved slightly by preloading my font file on my website. Is there an option to do this easily through the panel in Wordpress through the premium version of the theme of will i have to code the preload function into the theme's .php file to have it work?
Thank you so much for your help, other than that, enjoying the theme a lot.
