How Do i Disable Text Edit Hover Menu?

Currently my Generate Press editor is configured to show the text edit menu in hover mode but am unable to turn this off, can you please advise how to achieve this?

I checked the screenshot, it's the WP block editor, GP doesn't have control over it.
But I don't see anything abnormal, it looks just fine.
Do you mean the tool bar appears when you hover the block or click the block?
Hi Ying, yes, do you know how to stop the WP Block Editor from hovering and have it fixed?

In the top right corner in the edit page, there's a 3 dot icon. Click on that, and enabled Top Toolbar.
