Help adding a code to generatepress

I would recommend checking with the code author to get more instructions on how to use and add the code.

It wouldn't be a theme-related process so if the author can provide a solution for the default Twenty series WP theme, the exact method would work in GeneratePress.

In this link https://openbase.com/js/blockadblock/documentation it it says to "download the js file and download it to your site" do you know in which directory should I download it?

Then the Code example, it calls a function. Should I add it to the functions.php or should I create a new element for that?
